Why us, here

Why MEA operators work with us.

We have actually deployed here

Real Sudan power-utility deployments. Real GCC water-network projects. Real East African industrial commissioning. Not a slide deck — a track record.

Hardware that survives the climate

We specify equipment rated for 55°C ambient and dust-storm conditions where required. We do not propose lab-condition gear and let you discover it fails in summer.

Connectivity-aware design

Our systems are designed assuming intermittent satellite or cellular links, not always-on fibre. Local edge processing, store-and-forward, graceful degradation — built in.

Time-zone aligned

IST is +3 with GCC, +1.5 with Sudan, +2 with Kenya. Our engineering hours overlap your business hours fully — not 'we will respond tomorrow' delays.

Industries

Sectors we serve across the region.

Power Generation & T&D

Generation SCADA, substation automation, distribution-network monitoring. Sudan and East African utilities since 2018.

Water Utilities

Smart-meter rollouts, leak-detection telemetry, district-zone monitoring for municipal and regional water authorities.

Industrial Manufacturing

Cement, steel, food & beverage. Plant control system modernisation, MES integration.

Oil & Gas (downstream)

Refinery monitoring, terminal automation, distribution telemetry. Compliance with regional safety standards.

Healthcare Infrastructure

Hospital BMS, asset tracking, biomedical-equipment monitoring for ministry-of-health and private operators.

Public Sector & Smart City

Municipal control rooms, traffic management, integrated city-services platforms.

Standards & compliance

Standards we deploy against.

Documentation packs are produced as part of every deployment, not as an after-the-fact exercise.

Selected outcomes

What we have actually delivered.

Customer names redacted under standard NDA. Outcome shapes are real. Reference calls available on request, gated through our customers.

POWER UTILITY

Distribution SCADA modernisation, Sudan

A national distribution operator needed to upgrade legacy substation telemetry across multiple zones. We delivered IEC 60870-5 RTUs, control-room SCADA, and operator training — with hardware specified for 55°C ambient.

Outcome: Multi-substation rollout commissioned · Real-time visibility for control-room operators · Local engineer training completed
WATER UTILITY

Smart-metering pilot, GCC

A regional water authority piloted a smart-metering and leak-detection rollout across one urban zone. Designed for intermittent cellular connectivity with edge processing and store-and-forward telemetry.

Outcome: Pilot zone fully telemetered · Non-revenue-water reduction measurable within 90 days · Roadmap for full-network rollout produced
INDUSTRIAL

Cement plant control system, East Africa

A cement producer in East Africa modernised the control system on a kiln line. Hardware specified for high-dust environment; commissioning included a multi-week training program for the operator team.

Outcome: Kiln line throughput stabilised · Spare-parts inventory rationalised · Operator team certified on the new system
How we engage

From first call to live deployment.

MEA timelines look like this in most cases. Complex projects take longer. We are honest about timelines from the discovery call onward.

Week 0

Discovery call

A senior engineer from our Delhi studio, available across GMT+1 (Sudan) through GMT+4 (GCC) business hours. Most calls are conducted in English; Arabic interpretation available.

Week 1–4

Site assessment

Senior-led site visit, including environmental assessment (climate, dust, connectivity) and existing-asset condition survey. Output is a written assessment with clear options.

Week 4–6

Proposal & partnership framing

Many regional engagements run through local partners or distributors for in-country presence and post-deployment support. We will set up the right structure for your context.

Week 6+

Phased rollout

Most regional projects deploy in phases. Senior engineering remote, hardware specified for the climate, training delivered at-site by Delhi or partner engineers. Spare-parts & sustenance plan from day one.

Honest answers

Questions we get asked.

If your question is not here, send it across — a senior engineer will reply directly.

How do you handle local representation for procurement?
Many regional engagements are structured through a local partner or distributor — they hold the customer-facing commercial relationship and we deliver the engineering. We have long-standing partners in Sudan, the GCC, and East Africa.
Will hardware survive our climate?
We specify equipment rated for 55°C ambient and dust-storm conditions wherever the deployment context requires. We do not propose lab-condition gear and let you discover it fails in summer — every BOM is climate-considered.
What about intermittent connectivity?
Our designs assume intermittent satellite or cellular links, not always-on fibre. Edge processing, store-and-forward telemetry, and graceful degradation are built in. We do not require always-on connectivity for systems to function.
Are you familiar with local regulatory authorities?
We have worked with national utility regulators, ministry-of-energy departments, and water authorities across the region. Each project includes regulatory liaison as part of scope.
Can you deliver training in Arabic?
Operator training is typically delivered bilingually (English + Arabic) where the operator team requires it. We bring local-language trainers from our partner network for in-region delivery.
What about post-deployment support?
Sustenance contracts include a defined response-time SLA and a regional partner with hands-on engineers in your country. Critical-system support paths can be 24x7 where the deployment criticality warrants.
